✨🥰 Our DT member @clothpaperarts_ has created a stunning trio of “Thinking of You” cards that perfectly demonstrate the power of texture in cardmaking! Michelle embossed silver foil cardstock with our Wood Panels Embossing Folder, then layered on brown and yellow alcohol inks and black ink direct from the pad to build rich depth and dimension. Although the same inks were used on all three panels, varying the order of application created beautifully different color effects.
Michelle paired the textured panels with background papers from the Textures 1.2 6x6 Paper Collection and added Animal Kingdom Embossed Die Cuts for contrast. Extra die-cut elements from plain and patterned papers bring added detail, while the stapled sentiments cleverly echo the metallic theme. A truly eye-catching set of cards! ✨🎨
