Hiya friends, back with another card for Paper Rose this week and today I’m sharing a sweet and simple card I created using the gorgeous Summer Basics 6×6 Paper Collection so let’s get into it!
I started with 3 sheets of the Sweet Summer Basics Paper Collection in 6×6 and cut them using the Sentiment Strips Metal Die. I then glued them in place on a Top Folding (AU Sized) Card Base and set under a book to dry flat.
In the meantime, I cut the Little Foliage 1 Metal Dies, Leah’s Flowers Die Set and Elodie Flower Die Set using other colours from the paper collection. I layered those all together and set them aside to dry.
I cut the excess paper off my card base, then die cut a piece of vellum from the Stitched Rectangles Nesting Die Set and glued it down where I knew I would be using the flowers and crystals. I added my flowers and leaves with glue and foam tape. I finished the card off with the Clear Crystal Mix.
No sentiment for this one as yet, I’ll wait to see what i need the card for first!
