Today, I'm sharing a card for Paper Rose Studio.
I chose a piece of patterned paper from Rainbow Garden Basics and adhered it to a white card base. I stamped Teddy's Balloons in black ink and die cut it with the coordinating die. I coloured the balloons in a rainbow of Copic markers to match the colours in the patterned paper. I adhered it with foam adhesive and finished with a birthday sentiment from Super Day Sentiments.
