Hello! The Cozy Days 12x12 Paper Collection and Cozy Vibes Die Cuts were the perfect look and feel for my scrappy desk this week - it’s officially fall here in Vancouver, Canada!
For this layout, I focused my design on circles elements - using them to anchor a bunch of the Die Cuts. I cut a few different sized circles from white cardstock paper and the Collection papers. I cascaded these in angle down the centre of the page (after prepping the dark woodgrain paper with white splatters) and added my picture centre stage with a number of layers of Collection pattern papers behind.
I loved the contrast on the dark background but it felt too dark for this fun fall photos so I cut off the bottom corner at an angle to show off more of the Collection pattern papers and made a little rip on the left for the same purpose. From there, I tucked and layered Die Cuts in and around the photo and on the circles. Some phrases from the Cozy Days collection finished off the page!
