Hello lovelies! Here we are at the end of November already! Today I’m sharing a bright and cheerful “just because” card you can send to your friends (especially if you’re in lockdown), so let’s get started!
Paper Rose Products used: Striped Stencil, Clear Crystal Sentiment Shaker Mix, Ella’s Garden Rose Bouquet stamp set, Ella’s Garden Rose Bouquet die set, Really Rainbow Sentiment Sheets, Paper Rose inks in Poppy, Tangerine, Lemon, Lime, Pool and Grape.
Other products used: Neenah 80lb cardstock panel, black cardstock panel, finger daubers, vellum, WOW! Platinum embossing powder, Versamark ink, foam tape, liquid glue.
Technique: I taped my piece of cardstock to the back of the striped stencil and using a finger dauber covered 3 lines down in each of my six colours changing the pressure to give the lines a painted feel. I set the panel aside and then stamped my large bouquet stamp onto my vellum piece with the Versamark ink, and heat embossed platinum before using the coordinating die set to cut it out. I then assembled the card as shown, adding my sentiment with foam tape and using liquid glue to attach my crystal mix pieces.
