Hi paper crafting peeps, welcome to today’s blog post for Paper Rose Studio where I made a pair of masculine cards with one stencil. I first used the Striped Hexies stencil on a 6 x 6 white smooth cardstock which is how I have been able to make two cards. I added the Distress Oxide inks over the stencil with the paper rose blending brushes. I cut the ink-blended pieces on a diagonal and fitted them on a white side folding card base. The small size of the brushes allowed me to get into the intricate details. The three ink colors of choice for today’s card are Speckled Egg & Crush Olive. I have used strips of card pieces of black cardstock ont he edges of the inked panel, as this will tie in with the Big Sentiment paper pack.
