Replacement Policy
We endeavour to ensure our products are of the highest quality, however, if you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us.
Paper Rose will not replace goods that have been damaged through misuse.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Once your items are in the post, Paper Rose is not liable for any damage caused or missing items.
Paper Rose is unable to offer you a replacement if:
- The tracking shows your parcel was successfully delivered
- If you provided an incorrect shipping address
